A man is selling the beach he owned for 15 years for a tidy £50,000.
Simon Adderley, 57 has owned the stretch of land in Ingoldmells, Skegness, since 2007 and is now preparing to pass it on to new owners.
Since it was put on the market, 750 people have enquired - with 250 of them considered "serious buyers", including the National Trust.
