Police have discovered the body of a man during the search for a missing diver in waters off Gellibrand Lower, in Victoria's south-west.
Divers located the body on rocks at Moonlight Beach, near the Devil's Kitchen tourist area, just before 11am on Monday.
The body of the man, yet to be identified, was retrieved from the rocks with assistance from the AirWing, police said in a statement this afternoon.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
The discovery comes after a weeks-long search for a missing diver who was among a group of five swept out to sea on April 30.
It is believed they were diving off Gellibrand Lower when they ran into trouble.
Three people were found stranded but uninjured on a cliff-face between Wreck Beach and Devil's Kitchen.
The body of a 30-year-old man from Sunshine North was found on rocks and was retrieved by emergency services.
Police said weather conditions in recent weeks had made the search for the remaining diver "difficult".
Last month, the owner of a local anchorage retreat said the stretch of coastline was dangerous.
