A man has been rushed to hospital in Dundee after a crash on the M90 saw a truck reportedly flip onto the opposite carriageway.
Police and ambulance crews are at the scene of the collision at the Bridge of Earn slip road in Perth and Kinross. The incident has caused restrictions on both north and southbound carriageways.
Dramatic pictures from the scene show an orange Ford Ranger on its roof just beside the middle barrier. A HGV and other traffic can be seen queuing behind the crash.
Witnesses at the scene said the truck flipped from the south and onto the northbound carriageway. A 37-year-old man has been taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital in Dundee.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 12.15 pm on Wednesday, 23 November 2022, police received a report of a one vehicle crash on the M90 northbound at the Bridge of Earn slip road.
"A 37-year-old man has been taken by ambulance to Ninewells Hospital. Enquiries are ongoing."
Traffic Scotland who reported the crash at 12.32pm said that lanes were firstly restricted southbound but it quickly reopened while northbound was blocked. In the most recent update, traffic is currently using the hard shoulder.
