Man rushed to hospital after being found with 'serious injuries' in Scots flat

A young man has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries after being discovered in a Scots flat early this morning.

Emergency services rushed to a flat in Castle View on Radnor Street, Clydebank, at around 5am on Friday to reports of a man being found seriously injured within a property.

The 24-year-old was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where medical staff describe his condition as serious.

It is not yet know how he sustained his injuries and enquiries remain ongoing with police officers currently at the scene.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.05am on Friday, February 3, police were called after 24-year-old man was found seriously injured within a flat in Castle View, Radnor Street, Clydebank

.

"He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow where medical staff describe his condition as serious.

"Enquiries into how he came about his injuries are continuing."
