Nothing beats a full English breakfast, especially if you've got a slightly sore head from one or five too many pints the night before.
Sausage, bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns and toast with a massive dollop of brown sauce or tomato sauce - perfect.
But one bloke was left "traumatised" after his tasty breakfast arrived with a few extra additions - and to be honest, we agree with him.
Frederick Payne went out to eat in Hampshire with a pal who kindly treated him the £11 meal, but he was left questioning the kind gesture when it arrived.
Sitting on the grey plate next to all the normal fry up items were slices of fruit and some rocket.
The melon, pineapple, grapefruit and orange are beautifully sliced and arranged in order of side, meanwhile the rocket is mixed with pomegranate.

Taking to Twitter to share his outrage, Frederick said: "My mate thought that buying me breakfast in this place would be a good idea #traumatised."
He later added that was now reevaluating the friendship, saying: "£11 in Hampshire this was, luckily my now ex-mate paid for it."
People were quick to share their views on the unusual addition, and it's fair to say the majority weren't impressed.
One wrote: "I am of the belief that they could [have] an excellent full English Bacon cooked well sausage and mush look great scrambled egg too So they can cook But they choose to f*** around and serve that up Probably charged a ridiculous amount too They should be struck off."
Another added: "I hope you're no longer friends."
A third simply commented "poison" while another wrote: "It's a fruit salad. WTF?"
According to a study in 2016, the perfect fry up contains two sausages, two rashers of bacon, fried eggs, mushrooms, toast, beans and fried tomatoes - and red sauce.
Fried bread and black pudding are also considered essential for the ultimate breakfast, the poll of 2,000 adults discovered.
But settling the age-old sauce argument, ketchup was the most popular condiment, with 42 per cent saying this is a key ingredient in a cooked breakfast, compared to just 34 per cent who go for brown sauce.
It also emerged the average Brit tucks into an English breakfast twice a month - and more often at home than in a cafe.
Francesca Woodward, spokesman for High Street TV's QuadraPan, said: "It's great that our results show how much people love tucking into a classic English breakfast.
"And we were also pleased to see that people prefer to make them at home, rather than heading out to a caf or restaurant.
"This way, people can be sure of exactly what quality of ingredients and equipment is being used to make breakfast just the way they like it."
The Full English is most often enjoyed on the weekend, with two thirds tucking in on a Saturday or Sunday morning - with Tuesday the least popular day.
Toast was twice as popular as fried bread as an accompaniment while grilled tomatoes were preferred to fried - although one in four prefer theirs without tomatoes at all.
Fried eggs were the most popular choice, with a whopping 72 per cent of the vote - leaving scrambled behind on only 27 per cent.
