Man missing from Paisley for more than a week prompts police appeal

Police in Paisley are trying to track down a missing man who disappeared more than a week ago.

They have issued an appeal to help locate 40-year-old Robert Murdoch who was last seen on Tuesday, August 2, near the town's Royal Alexandria Hospital.

Robert is described as being 5ft 9ins in height, with brown/balding hair.

It is unknown what he was wearing at the time of his disappearance nine days ago.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Anyone who may of seen Robert or has any information which may assist us with our enquiries, is urged to contact Police Scotland via 101 quoting incident number 2062 of 10th August 2022."
