A murder investigation is underway after a man was stabbed to death.
The incident happened on Collins Place in Finglas, north Dublin after 7pm
He was pronounced dead at the scene, where his body remains tonight.

A blue forensic tent can be seen there, ahead of the garda technical bureau's examination tomorrow morning.
A woman believed to be known to the victim was also injured in the attack but it's understood that her injuries are non life threatening.
Gardai are now working to establish a motive behind the killing.
