The deceased has been identified as Tarun, who succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
According to preliminary information shared by the police, the dispute was reportedly triggered by a stray splash of coloured water from a balloon during Holi festivities on Wednesday. What began as a minor altercation allegedly escalated into a violent confrontation between members of two neighbouring families, leaving several people injured.
