A man aged in his 70s has died following a tragic workplace accident in Co Roscommon.
Gardai and emergency services rushed to the scene in the Tibohine area at around 10.15am on Thursday.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

His body has since been removed to Roscommon University Hospital, where a post-mortem will be carried out at a later date.
A garda spokesperson said: “The Health & Safety Authority (HSA) have been notified and will conduct an investigation of their own.”
