The post said: "Operation Pelican Officers have this evening arrested a 21-year-old male from the Waterloo area for drug supply offences, money laundering and obstructing police. Officers sighted the male in two separate drug transactions in the Waterloo area before he was detained by officers. The male is suspected to have secreted numerous wraps of Crack Cocaine and Heroin up his anus.
