Man found guilty of threatening MP with homemade gallows and noose

The MP said he felt 'chilled' and 'threatened' during the incident

A MAN has been found guilty of threatening an MP by holding up a makeshift gallows with a noose outside Parliament and telling him: “This is what we do to traitors.”

Lance O’Connor, 57, called out the name of Labour MP Peter Kyle in Parliament Square, central London, while he was walking back to his office in Portcullis House on October 20 last year, Westminster Magistrates’ Court heard.
