A man has been found dead in Blantyre in the early hours of this morning.
Police were called to a report of an unconscious person near Main Street around 4.55am.
Emergency services joined them and a 43-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police say there do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in due course.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "Officers received a report of an unconscious person near Main Street, Blantyre around 4.55am on Tuesday, 14 June, 2022. A 43-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
"There do not appear to be any suspicious circumstances and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
