A man has been left gobsmacked after discovering a painting of an "old man with no eyes" hidden inside his wall. He explained how he was carrying out rerouting work through his hallway when he made the surprise discovery, making him wonder who put it there and why.
Taking to Reddit, he said: "I found this inside the wall in my hallway. I've lived in this house for all of my 46 years. He looks terrifying and he has no eyes. On the back, so faintly written that I cannot capture it with my camera, are the words 'An old man called Energy'."
But while he claims the painting itself doesn't scare him, he is "weirded" out by the idea that it has been lurking inside his wall for decades. He added: "It's painted on wood. It says Fredrick 1972.
