A 45-year-old man nicknamed 'Tank' fell to his death from a "high wall" after a 10-day drugs binge. Carl Bage's body was found on a concrete floor in the garden of a property.
He had fractured his skill and broken his spine. Carl had recently been released from prison and, an inquest heard, had been on a drugs binge with a friend, who lived at the property.
The inquest was told that police were called to the supported living accommodation at around 1.30pm on March 26, 2021, reports StokeonTrentLive.
