A Bloody Sunday witness was convinced he was about to be shot when a soldier aimed a rifle at him, a court has heard.

A statement from Hugh O’Boyle said he saw three people lying “crumpled” on the ground in Glenfada Park North in Londonderry and believed they were dead.
