Ultimatum for Nazi accused after bid to leave country

A British national facing deportation for alleged neo-Nazi offences has been told he can either abandon his attempt to leave Australia or be sent to jail.

Kayn Adam Charles Wells, 43, on Wednesday received the ultimatum at Caboolture Magistrates Court after requesting removal from the country, catching prosecutors off-guard.
