A man has been charged over the fatal stabbing of Anna Mooney.
Anna was killed at her Raheny home in north Dublin just before 1am on Thursday. A man in his 50s was arrested at the property on the Kilbarrack Road and taken for questioning on suspicion of murder.
The man is now due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court No. 1 at 10.30am this morning, June 16, 2023. Anna had a number of stab wounds, including to her chest, and was declared dead at the scene
