A man has died after falling from a mountain in Snowdonia.
The man, believed to be 23 years old, died after a rock he was using as a handhold broke away as he climbed up the range's Griben Ridge in the Glyderau part of the mountain range on Sunday (February 4). He was with two other men at the time.
Ogwen Valley Mountain Rescue Organisation said the man fell a "considerable distance". A recovery mission was launched but the man died from his injuries.
