A man has died after cops raced to a Scots street amid reports of a person injured within a flat.
Emergency crews descended on Young Terrace, in Glasgow 's Springburn area at around 9.50 am on Tuesday February 8.
Photos from the scene showed a number of cops and paramedics outside a flat on the residential street.
Police have now confirmed a 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A probe has been launched into the incident, with the man's death being treated as 'unexplained'.
A police spokesperson said: “Around 9.50 am on Tuesday, 8 February 2022, police received a report of a man injured within a flat in Young Terrace, Springburn, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and the 52-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the exact circumstances of the death which police is treating as unexplained at this time.
“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
