An investigation has been launched after a man died when he was Tasered and fell from a balcony.
Metropolitan Police officers were called to a flat in Peckham, south east London in the early hours of April 12 where a man was threatening to jump from several floors up.
Watchdog the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) said they tried for more than an hour trying to persuade him to come inside before he was Tasered and fell.
