A man has died after falling unconscious as a flight was preparing to land at a London airport.
The man sadly died whilst travelling on an Emirates flight travelling to London Stansted from Dubai on February 8.
Cabin crew on board the flight attempted to administer emergency medical attention to the man, Emirates said.
But despite their best efforts, the passenger could not be revived.
When the plane touched down at Stansted, local medical authorities confirmed that the man had died.
According to an Emirates spokesperson, “On Emirates flight EK067 from Dubai to London Stansted on February 8, cabin crew found a passenger unconscious as the aircraft was preparing for descent.
“Our crew, assisted by doctors on board, provided immediate emergency support; however, the passenger remained unresponsive.
“Upon arrival, local medical authorities met the aircraft and confirmed that the passenger had sadly passed away.
“Emirates offers its deepest condolences to the passenger’s family and loved ones.”
