Emergency services rushed to Cambridge Circus in London after a man was crushed by a telescopic urinal.
Ambulance crews, an air ambulance and firefighters were called to the scene in the West End just after 1pm on Friday to reports of an injured man. They were dispatched at 1.05pm and police were called five minutes later.
Despite best efforts to save the man, he later died from his injuries.
