A man kidnapped a 'drunk' teenager after prowling the streets in his Audi looking for women to assault. Danny Chen stopped the 19-year-old as she walked home and took her to an industrial estate.
He would later claim he was just being 'chivalrous' by helping the teenager into his white Audi at 3.30am. But when he drove her to a "dark and secluded" spot, the victim's "survival instict kicked in."
Liverpool Crown Court heard the woman managed to escape but a judge said he was sure Chen had intended to carry out a sex attack, the ECHO reports.
