The news of Man City's Premier League charges has sent shockwaves across football - but there is no shortage of unanswered questions among the fall-out.
City, who contest the charges, were accused of more than 100 breaches of the Premier League's financial rules following a long-term investigation by the league's hierarchy. Yet a timeframe for the charges to be heard is still unclear, along with potential punishments for any breaches City are found guilty of.
There are also question marks over Pep Guardiola's stance on his City future should there be a guilty verdict, with the manager having fiercely defended the club in the past and promising to quit if they had broken any rules.
