Manchester City have been handed a huge injury boost with the return of Kyle Walker and John Stones as they prepare for the final round of Premier League fixtures.
Liverpool and Pep Guardiola's side remain locked in a title battle heading into the final day. Both teams kick-off at 4pm on Sunday, as the Reds host Wolves at Anfield while the Citizens welcome Aston Villa to the Etihad.
Just a point separates them in the table after City dropped points at West Ham at the weekend, but it remains in the current holder's hands as they look to retain their title. They've now been boosted by the return of two key players.

According to the Manchester Evening News, both Stones and Walker trained with the squad on Thursday. The City boss had initially ruled them out for the final game of the campaign, after they picked up injuries in the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.
In their absence, Guardiola has called on Aymeric Laporte and Fernandinho for their last two league matches, including the draw at West Ham. Although, Ruben Dias has not yet returned and was absent from the session.
The City boss will likely provide further updates when he faces the media in his pre-Aston Villa press conference later this week. Their availability would provide a huge boost as reports suggest both Laporte and Fernandinho played through pain at the weekend.
Liverpool are currently sweating over the fitness of Fabinho, Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah as they also prepare for a Champions League final later this month against Real Madrid in Paris.
