Manchester City supporters are lamenting a familiar mistake after Tottenham struck early at the Etihad Stadium.
Having dropped only two points since November, the Premier League champions remain in pole position to claim their fourth title in five seasons, although Liverpool continue to breathe down their necks following a comeback victory over Norwich on Saturday afternoon.
After watching that result, City had the opportunity to move back nine points clear at the summit.
However, their quest to overcome Tottenham got off to the worst-possible start when Dejan Kulusevski grabbed a first goal for the north Londoners four minutes in, before City hit back before half-time.
City's summer transfer target Harry Kane was, inevitably, involved during the build-up for Tottenham.
With the home team pushing high up the pitch, the England striker turned it around the corner to Son Heung-min, who unselfishly squared to Kulusevski — and the January signing made no mistake.
Pep Guardiola made two changes to his line-up for the game as Kyle Walker and Ilkay Gundogan came in, replacing John Stones and Riyad Mahrez. City went on to level through Gundogan after a Hugo Lloris error.
