Manchester City will reportedly have no obstacles should they decide to try and tempt Kylian Mbappe to Manchester next year, with the club's wealthy backing meaning that a deal could be possible in the future.
Marca report that City have no financial obstacles for a move, with the wealth of the City Football Group enabling them to keep tabs on the Paris Saint-Germain star who is said to have grown disillusioned with life in the French capital. This is despite signing a contract to become the world's highest paid player earlier this year.
Mbappe and Haaland being partnered together would send shockwaves throughout the football world, with the two players emerging as some of the most powerful names in the game in the past couple of years.

However, with part of Mbappe's disillusionment in Paris coming due to his supposed unhappiness at not always being the star man in Christophe Galthier's side, there could be a chance that he would not like to play alongside Haaland who has scored 15 goals in ten Premier League appearances this term.
One alternative option for City could be a move to sign Serie A MVP Rafael Leao, the AC Milan star placed 14th in this season's Ballon d'Or and the Mirror report that Chelsea, Manchester City, Paris Saint-Germain and Real Madrid are all eyeing the star.
He would be a cheaper option than Mbappe, with the Scudetto winning star yet to enter football's elite in terms of earnings, but it could be a sensible move for City given his four goals in nine games in the league already this season.
