A man has been charged with murdering a 65-year-old man in South Australia's east.
Emergency services were called to a block of units on Bond Street in Mount Gambier after reports of a disturbance on Tuesday where police found a man with serious injuries.
He was treated at the scene by paramedics before being rushed to nearby Mount Gambier Hospital but died a short time later.
Another 65-year-old man, of no fixed address, was arrested at the scene and charged with murder.
He will appear before Mount Gambier Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police say the men were known to each other and no one else is being sought in relation to the matter.
