(Picture: Supplied)A man has been charged with murder following a fatal stabbing in north London.
Jordan Stuart, 37, was found with stab injuries on Grove Avenue in Pinner on Wednesday following reports of an attack.
Despite the best efforts of paramedics he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Mohamed Haaji, 31, from Grove Avenue, is due to appear at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday, charged with murder and possession of an offensive weapon.
The victim’s brother Adam Stuart described him as a “lovely bubbly guy” who was about to start work for him.
He said: “He was bubbly and good to know. We lost our mother recently and he was devastated.
“He was getting his life in track though and was due to start work for me in a couple of days. I was looking forward to it, it’s a tragedy. We were brought up around here but I now live in Colchester, he was starting a new life with me. He loved his family.”
He said the family, including all his five brothers and sisters, had been grieving following the death of their mother. “I’ve had to bury my mum and now my brother I’m heartbroken.”
Officers from the Met’s Specialist Crime (Homicide) are leading the investigation.
