Man charged with assisting synagogue attacker on earlier reconnaissance

A man has been charged with assisting Manchester synagogue attacker Jihad Al-Shamie with earlier reconnaissance on a UK defence facility.

On Thursday, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) announced Mohammad Bashir, 31, had been charged with four terrorism offences.
