Dodge Police Sammy Flock

A man who had just bought a used Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat says he got an unexpected introduction to his new car when police pulled him and a passenger over minutes after the purchase. TikTok creator Topmansammy (@topmansammy) documented the encounter in a video that has drawn millions of views.

Sammy said the purchase had happened about 20 minutes before the traffic stop. The video shows Sammy with another occupant in the car, apparently trying to understand why several police vehicles were approaching. One asks, “Why are there so many cops coming?”
