A man is banned from talking to women in every shop, restaurant and café across an entire city.

Jacob Allerson, 34, was caught inappropriate comments of a sexual nature towards young women in Chester" - including as they worked in shops and cafés in the city.

Allerson would 'not take no for an answer' as he harassed the women and several complained to police.
