Two people have been arrested in connection with the murder of Elle Edwards.
Elle was shot dead at the Lighthouse pub in Wallasey Village shortly before midnight on Christmas Eve. She was taken to Arrowe Park Hospital with a gunshot wound to the head, but later died of her injuries.
She is not believed to have been the intended target of the shooting, during which four men were also injured. Those injured included a 28-year-old man from Beechwood, Wirral, who is no longer in a critical condition but is continuing to receive medical treatment.
