A man in his 50s has died in a workplace accident in Carlow.
The accident happened at around 5pm on Wednesday in the village of Fenagh, Co Carlow.
Both Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority are investigating the circumstances around the accident.

In a statement gardai said: "Gardaí and emergency services attended the scene of a workplace accident that occurred on a premises in Fenagh, Co Carlow at approximately 5pm on Wednesday.
"A man aged in his 50s sustained fatal injuries as a result of this incident.
"A file will be prepared for the Coroner. The Health and Safety Authority has been notified."
The man’s body was taken to University Hospital Waterford where a post-mortem is due to take place.
A spokesperson for the HSA said they were aware of the incident.
