Mama June's daughter has reportedly been diagnosed with stage four of a rare from of cancer.
Anna Cardwell, whose nickname is Chickadee, is said to have been told in January that she has stage 4 adrenal carcinoma.
According to the Mayo Clinic, adrenal cancer is a rare cancer that begins in one or both of the small, triangular glands which are located on top of your kidneys. It is often referred to as adrenocortical cancer and can occur at any age.
It's said that Chickadee's family has come together to provide help and support to the 28-year-old.
The diagnosis is said to have been discovered after she had complained about a number of ailments.
A family source told TMZ that the eldest child of Mama June - whose real name is June Shannon - had complained about stomach aches and underwent a series of tests which are said to have discovered the cancer in her liver, kidney and lung.
The publication reports that she completed her first round of chemotherapy last month and has began losing her hair as a result.
Doctors are said to be waiting to see how the star reacts to the treatment before any future decisions are made.
Her family is reported as being "very hopeful" the mum-of-two will pull through.
It's thought the family have been chipping in to help with 10-year-old Kaitlyn and Kylee, 7, while Chickadee's boyfriend Elridge is also said to be sticking by her side throughout the scary period.
The Mirror has contacted June's representatives for comment.
Mama June and her family, which also includes Honey Boo boo - real name Alana Thompson - have showcased their life on reality TV for over a decade.
Mama June: From Not to Hot is set to return for a new series later this year. The show, which premiered in 2017 is a spin off of TLC's reality series Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
The latest series is set to showcase Mama June's wedding and the star promised on social media that viewers will see a lot of "crying, laughing, yelling and celebrating".
