Malaika Arora has often made headlines for her fashion choices, fitness routine and lifestyle. Her Mumbai home, however, offers a glimpse of her life away from the spotlight. A simple yet sophisticated living space

Malaika’s Instagram posts offer glimpses of her home and show her preference for a simple and contemporary style. Her living room features sleek teal-coloured chairs that add a touch of colour to the otherwise neutral interiors.

The space combines classic and modern elements, with a large dining table serving as one of its key features. The setup works for both intimate meals and gatherings with friends. Monochrome framed photographs and a glass candelabrum add character to the room without making it appear cluttered.

A balcony garden overlooking Mumbai

According to a 2022 Architectural Digest report, one of the most inviting parts of Malaika’s home is her balcony garden. Designed as a quiet retreat, the space is surrounded by greenery and offers views of the Mumbai skyline.

The balcony gives her a place to spend some time outdoors while staying at home, adding a more relaxed element to the otherwise contemporary interiors.

Her home gets a festive makeover

Malaika’s home also gets a seasonal update during festivals such as Diwali and Christmas. She has shared glimpses of the space decorated with flowers and festive décor, adding colour and warmth to the interiors.

The home largely follows a neutral palette, with matching flooring and minimal furniture creating a bright and open feel. The uncluttered layout is complemented by carefully chosen pieces, while drapes and a glass divider separating the living room from the study help maintain the sense of openness.

Overall, Malaika Arora’s Mumbai residence combines contemporary interiors with simple décor, greenery and cosy spaces, reflecting her preference for an uncluttered and comfortable home.

Malaika Arora buys new car

Malaika Arora has added a brand-new Mahindra Thar Roxx to her collection of luxury vehicles. A video of the actor taking delivery of the SUV and performing a traditional puja before driving it home has gone viral on social media. While many fans congratulated her on the new purchase, others criticised aspects of the ceremony, triggering a debate online. In the viral clip, Malaika is seen performing customary rituals in front of her newly purchased Mahindra Thar Roxx before taking the vehicle on the road. For the occasion, she opted for a blue-and-white striped co-ord outfit featuring a sleeveless halter-neck top with a plunging neckline, paired with matching high-waisted flared trousers. She was accompanied by members of the dealership staff and others present during the vehicle delivery. The Mahindra Thar Roxx is priced at around Rs 28 lakh, depending on the chosen variant.
