A seven-year-old girl has died in hospital two days after being pulled from her Majorcan hotel pool and revived before being rushed to an intensive care unit.

Sources at Son Espases Hospital in the island capital Palma confirmed the girl from Ireland had lost her fight for life on Wednesday afternoon.
