Majorca, Ibiza and Menorca are the latest Spanish destinations planning to enforce limits on the amount of visitors.
The Mirror reports the Balearic Islands government has said it will have an "absolute ceiling" when it comes to future tourist numbers.
It comes as last week Lanzarote declared itself 'saturated' by tourists, with similar ideas proposed but precise details on numbers are not yet confirmed.
