Shoppers are rushing to one of the UK's most popular supermarkets to get their hands on ready meals as they have been reduced to 1p. The supermarket giant has slashed the price of ready meals, which can cost upwards of £1, to just 1p each in a bid to help people struggling to pay for their food shopping as bills rise.
Iceland previously slashed the price of all fruit and veg to 1p. Now it's done the same with ready meals.
The offer is only available online, and you won't be able to get it in stores. You'll also need to spend £25 to be eligible for the 1p deal.

Some of the frozen dinners included in the offer are lasagne, cottage pie and bangers and mash. Chicken stew and dumplings, toad in the hole and minced beef hotpot are also part of the deal. There are 14 ready meal dinners to choose from in total - you can see a full list below. They all cost £1 normally.
Customers will be able to get up to three of the dinners for just 1p each by entering a special code before they check out online. First, select which ready meals you want to purchase and add them to your basket.
Next, continue the rest of your shop. Finally, when you come to check out - but before you pay - enter the discount code READY1P. The discount is available from today until Friday (November 4) when you spend £25 or more.
Richard Walker, Managing Director at Iceland, said: “Our customers told us that they really benefitted from our online 1p deal when we ran it with fresh veg, so we’re really pleased to offer it now on frozen ready meals.
“With research showing that people are giving up hot dinners due to cost-of-living concerns, offering frozen ready meals for 1p means shoppers can add them to their shop and freeze meals until they are needed.”
