A major Oldham road has been closed this afternoon following a collision.
Police were called to A663 Broadway, in Chadderton, Oldham, at around 2:15pm this afternoon following reports of a road traffic accident involving two vehicles.
Drivers have been warned to avoid the area, with delays expected as officers work to clear the scene. Nobody is believed to have been seriously injured in the incident.
A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police (GMP) said: "Greater Manchester Police were called to a road traffic collision at around 2:15pm on Broadway, Chadderton.
"It is was involving two vehicles and delays are expected whilst the road is made clear with emergency services in attendance. It is believed there are no life threatening injuries sustained at the scene."
