Ambati Rayadu received a perfect send-off from the Indian Premier League as he got the chance to lift the IPL trophy with Chennai Super Kings, having announced his retirement from the league ahead of the final on May 29. In less than two month from that day, Rayudu will be back on the field to play for a different version of the Super Kings - the Texas Super Kings.
The middle-order batter will be one of the star attractions when the Major League Cricket (MLC) kicks off in the US from July 13. The 37-year-old Rayudu had retired from international cricket after being overlooked for the 2019 World Cup.
