Major 15-storey plan for former Angel Row library in Nottingham city centre

Nottingham

The former Angel Row library in the city centre is proposed to be transformed into a vast new block of flats reaching up to 15 levels in height.

The site is hoped to redeveloped on behalf of the city council.

Developers will launch a consultation inviting public discussion before a planning application is submitted.
