Maisie Smith was praised for proudly showing off her "thunder thighs" in a TikTok video.
The EastEnders actress, who has previously spoken about her battles with body image, balanced along the edge of a pool in a silver string bikini.
Maisie, 21, kicked the water as she danced to the viral hit Victoria's Secret by Jax which features the lyrics: "I wish somebody would've told me that thighs of thunder meant normal human thighs".
"The f****** pressure I was under, to loose my appetite," the song continued.
Fitness fanatic Maisie then shared a range of snaps of her rocking tight shorts in a series of paparazzi shots.
The actress has been open about her relationship with her body, adding that she's always "hated her legs" and has "experienced a lot of self hatred" in the past over her looks.
Last year, she revealed her time on Strictly Come Dancing helped her to feel more comfortable about her body.
“Strictly was a game-changer for me. I’ve always hated my legs and my cellulite. When I was at school, I was the only one who had it. When I went to parties I wouldn’t get my legs out. I would wear trousers all summer,” she told The Sun.
She explained: “It wasn’t until I did Strictly last year and they literally said: ‘You have got to wear a leotard.’ I was shoved in the deep end and it helped me, because I completely faced my fears straight on.”
The former Strictly star said that she would spend hours in the gym from a young age because she "didn't like her body" and would wear heavy make up to "cover her face".
When her EastEnders character Tiffany Butcher got lip fillers in a storyline, she said that she related strongly to the plot.
She said that as a teenager who was "heavily active" on social media, that she felt pressurised to look a certain way.
The star also explained how her body-hatred largely came from herself, rather than other people.
