MUMBAI: The Vasai couple who entered into a suicide pact but survived had consumed poison the very day they checked into the hotel in Kashimira on Friday, said the police on Tuesday. The couple stayed in the room with their six-year-old daughter's body till Monday.
The partly decomposed body of Anayaka Bracko was found in the room of Seasons Hotel on the highway at Kashimira around 1pm on Monday. Her mother, Poonam (30), was found in a semi-conscious state and her father, Rayan (38), was missing.
