New Delhi: Supreme Court on Friday issued notice to the Maharashtra assembly speaker and sought reply on a petition filed by Shiv Sena (Uddhav Thackeray) MLA, Sunil Prabhu against the delay by him in deciding the disqualification petitions against CM Eknath Shinde & MLAs supporting him.
