Maharashtra: As azaan plays, Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray stops speech for two minutes

MUMBAI: Shiv Sena leader Aaditya Thackeray once again hit out at rebel Sena MLAs on Friday, saying they will have to roam around in Maharashtra as traitors. Traitors will be called traitors, Aaditya said.

Aaditya stopped midway in his speech as part of his Nishta Yatra after the azaan or call for prayer started playing on the loudspeaker. Aaditya's video went viral on social media.

The incident took place when Aaditya was addressing a rally in rebel MLA Dilip Lande's constituency Chandivli. "Lets wait for two minutes for them," Aaditya said excusing himself from the crowd for two minutes as the azaan started to play.

As seen in the video, Aaditya was talking when the azaan began. He took a pause for two minutes and then resumed his speech after the azaan stopped. Aaditya has been visiting constituencies of rebel MLAs addressing Sena workers.
