Nagpur: Former Maharashtra home minister and NCP (SP) leader Anil Deshmukh, whose car was attacked by some unidentified miscreants on Monday, was discharged from hospital on Tuesday.
After coming out of the hospital, he said: "I want to tell the BJP that you can throw stones or fire bullets on Me. I will not die nor will we leave you before teaching you a lesson.
He suffered head injury in the attack

He suffered a head injury when some unidentified miscreants attacked his car on Monday night when he was returning to Katol from attending a poll meeting in Nagpur district.
Case Registered
Police on Tuesday registered a case against four unidentified persons in connection with the attack on Ex-Maharashtra Home Minister and NCP (SP) leader Anil Deshmukh.

Deshmukh's car was attacked by some miscreants when he was returning from campaigning, leaving him seriously injured.
According to reports, the attack occurred around 8pm in Nagpur when his car was pelted with stones by unidentifies miscreatns. He was rushed to the hospital with head injuries.
Elections to be held on Wednesday
His son Salil Deshmukh is contesting from the Katol assembly constituency on NCP (SP) ticket. The voting for Maharashtra Polls will be done on Wedneday.
