Magical musical experience 'The Snow Queen' arrives at the Lyric Theatre this Christmas

Lyric Hans Christian Andersen Lyric atre Gerda Arts Council of Norrn Ireland

A new magical adaptation of The Snow Queen is set to bring the Christmas magic to Belfast this month.

Coming to the Lyric Theatre from Friday, November 25, to Saturday, December 31, join Gerda on her quest in Paul Boyd's new musical adventure adapted from Hans Christian Andersen's much-loved tale of courage and friendship.

Gerda (Calla Hughes) works in her grandmother's (Christina Nelson) busy flower shop in the centre of town where, for as long as she can remember, the roses are delivered every morning by her friend, one of the town's young men, Kai (Ben McGarvey).
