Married At First Sight (MAFS) fan fave Stella Mickunaite has addressed speculation that she and her beau Filip Gregov are currently engaged and expecting their first child together.
While it’s no surprise the pair are still going strong after the experiment — with fans recently spotting them holding hands in Sydney and their co-star Alissa Fay dropping a major spoiler to PEDESTRIAN.TV — there have been plenty of reports that they’ve taken their relationship to the next level.
Multiple sources have told New Idea that the loved-up couple got engaged after filming the reality show late last year, which would make them one of the few success stories to come from the experiment.
MAFS’ Stella responds to engagement rumours
Stella has since responded to the swirling rumours about her relationship status, telling P.TV that it’s “all noise”.
“I’m pregnant, apparently!” she joked. “It’s rumours. It’s all fluff, it’s all noise, and we just keep on focusing on each other.”
Look, it’s not exactly a denial, but fans shouldn’t expect Stella and Filip to confirm any details about their romance until the season wraps up next month.
The Lithuanian-born beauty technician went on to say, however, that she’s incredibly grateful for all of the support she’s received so far from the show’s viewers about her relationship.
“It definitely gives us that extra pep in our step,” she shared. “Like any couple, we’re still working through things. But I think actually having that support, it helps us to unite and connect and actually [realise] we have so many beautiful things going on for us. So it’s great support, to be honest.”
Stella spills on what happens next
Monday night’s episode of MAFS saw Stella and Filip travel to her home in Cronulla to trial what life would look like for them after the experiment, and they ended Homestays Week feeling more confident than ever about their future.
“We came to the conclusion that he would move pretty much straight away after the experiment, and there was no friction in that sense,” Stella told P.TV.
“I was like, you know what? Maybe I just need to let go of the idea that he needs to move here independently, and maybe I can be that rock for him at the very beginning of our relationship, so we can build more and flourish and just put each other at ease.”
It’s all smooth sailing for the couple for now, but Stella hinted that the good vibes won’t last for everyone else as the experiment wraps up.
“You’ll see the unravelling of the people,” she teased. “People start to show who they truly are and their true intentions coming onto the show, because seeing the finish line, you’re almost just like running out of your last breath. When you do that, all the masks fall off.”
