Despite the drama of the Dinner Parties, the chaos of Couples Retreat, and the messy introduction of alternate matches, Stella Mickunaite and Filip Gregov have somehow defied the odds of Married At First Sight (MAFS) and ended the experiment completely and utterly in love.
The fan faves made history during Tuesday night’s episode when they became only the second couple to get engaged during Final Vows after season six’s Cam Merchant and Jules Robinson — aka the reality show’s golden couple — and they’ve since moved in together in Sydney.
As the reality show was filmed late last year and Stella and Filip have now been engaged for over five months, the couple opened up to PEDESTRIAN.TV about their upcoming wedding plans, when they will *officially* tie the knot and which co-stars are invited.

Filip revealed that he and Stella are only in the early stages of planning their big day, but they’ve already decided it won’t be in Australia.
“It’s most likely going to be overseas, because Stella’s family’s from there and literally the bulk of my family is over there. I’ve only got my immediate family here in Australia, so it will 100 per cent be a European thing,” he said.
He added that, although their first wedding was televised for the world to see, their actual wedding will be much more low-key and likely won’t air on TV.
“We’ve said that next time we do something, it’s definitely not going to be as public,” Filip remarked.
“At the end of the day, everyone makes little wedding clips, and I’m sure we will have that with the videographers,” Stella added. “Like everyone, you want to share the good moments of your life, and I’m sure that’s gonna land eventually on social media.”
When will Stella and Filip get married?
As for when they plan to tie the knot, the pair said there’s “no rush”, and they’ll likely get married in 2027.
“We’ve just been enjoying different stages of the relationship. Like, we had our time in the experiment, we had time post-experiment where it was quiet, and then it was hectic as we’ve been watching,” Filip detailed.
“I reckon we’re gonna have the biggest come down after this; we’re gonna have a hangover. So right now, we’re being super positive, and then we can plan, so we’re just enjoying every season that we’re in.”
Who will be invited to Stella and Filip’s wedding?
When it comes to the guest list, it doesn’t seem like Stella and Filip’s wedding will be an unofficial MAFS reunion, as not all of their co-stars will be invited.
“Honestly, I say most of the boys, they’re definitely invited,” Filip said. “They’ve got to get their linen shirts ready to come over for a European wedding. And what do you reckon for the women?”
“Rachel [Gilmore], Alissa [Fay] and Bec [Zacharia] — as much as she’s unhinged, I love her,” Stella laughed. “It’s thinner on the women’s side, I must say.”
The couple asserted that Gia Fleur definitely won’t be receiving an invite, as she didn’t even congratulate them at the Reunion, so I guess that rules out any chance of a double date with Gia and her new man, Alan Wallace. Time will tell if Stella and Filip will follow in their footsteps and get matching tattoos, though!
